Everyone has to start somewhere

I was away at my friend’s cottage this past August long weekend. When the pictures came back, I was in absolute shock of how I now looked. From graduating school at 145lbs and in 7 years managed to climb 30lbs to 175lbs on a 5′6″ frame.

(you can really see the weight in my face and neck)

In September after much pushing from my neighbour I joined the local gym along with Men’s Health Personal Trainer. Why Men’s Health Personal Trainer? Because it give me my inspiration and motivation to stick to a workout plan and actually go to the gym and not be just a card carrying member.

I completed the 9-week Testosterone Advantage Plan on the Men’s Health site November 17, 2007 and had dropped from 175lbs to 165lbs. My energy level increased for me 300% and my strength level increase almost 100% (Bench press went from 65lbs to 155lbs in 9 weeks. I call this phase my beginning phase to my goal of seeing my abs for the first time in my life.

Here is what I currently look like before I start my Fusion Fat loss phase from Turbulence Training.

(you can see I’ve lost a lot of fat from my face and my arms and chest have a little definition)

I will be starting this 12 week transformation with the Intermediate Fusion Fat Loss program which is 4 weeks. Phase 2 will be a muscle building (mass) phase from the Turbulence Training November 2007 monthly workout. Phase 3 will be another leaning phase, using the Advanced Fusion Fat Loss program.

Cheers to my success,
Darryl

I know, but isn’t that pretty standard for the before picture. The after picture is always all smiles and a few action shots.

I just want to stick to what the public expects. Unhappy start, happy ending.
