My 2008 Goals

It’s been a busy couple of weeks with finishing up a few web projects and spending time with family and friend’s over the Christmas break. A few weeks ago we talked about setting our 2008 goals, what they are going to be and preparing to share them with us).

Today I am going to share my 2008 goals with you so that everyone can support me by providing some accountability. Then, why not share your goals (by leaving a comment) and we can all support each other.

Now on to my goals!!!

  1. Complete a minimum of 208 workouts
  2. Take my body fat from 28% to 12%
  3. Eat healthy 90% of the time (I think this will be the toughest one for me).
  4. Increase business 20%
  5. Improve my sleep habits so that I’m falling (shutting down my brain) faster, sleeping deeper and waking up refreshed.
  6. Keep my blood pressure at it’s current levels 118/62 with resting heart rate of 52.

With the support of my family and friends I will be able to achieve all of these goals. 2008 will be an amazing year for all of us and I look forward to seeing and supporting your goals.
