I found the article written by Jason to be very interesting. It is his opinion that I for the most agree with.

Definitely do some research, you will find like I did that cows milk is not very good for you, goats milk is much better for you to digest.  There is a lot of money here in Canada and Ontario pushing the health benefits of milk, but how true are these ads.

		<description>I am confused a little. You never really explained what was bad about milk besides lactose intolerance. I actually have heard as well though that milk was not as good as the commercials stated. It was the lobbiests in Washington for the farmers that made those. 

I will have to do some research, but interesting post all the same because milk can be one of the greatest fakers.</description>
