How many of us go to the gym and slug away at our abs with ab curls, stability ball curls, planks, side planks, etc? I know I do many of these exercises as part of my core training. Today I ran across this video of an ab exercise that works our abs the way they were meant to be used. For explosive power in sports, lifting, moving, stability, everything we do works through our abs. Take a look at this video, try it next time at the gym, and let me know how it worked for you.
