Who can use it?

Enough of Kaizen’s advertising, let’s get on with my review. I have looked at 4 areas that I find important to me when I choose a protein which are: mixability, taste, ingredients, digestibility.
Mixability - Very high. I just dropped the powder into cold water (approximately 177ml to 237ml depending on the consistency you want) and it instantly starts to dissolve with no lumps. After a few shakes in my blender bottle, the mixture was completely smooth with a consistency similar to ready-to-drink chocolate milk: not super thick and sludgy, but not watery either.
Taste - The taste of this protein shake is great. It tastes like chocolate milk with no lingering aftertaste and leaves no protein grains in your mouth.
Ingredients - How many of you have taken a protein powder off of the store shelf and you don’t know half of the ingredients in the list. You don’t get this with this Kaizen product. The list is short so here it is: Undenatured cross-flow microfiltration whey protein isolate, cocoa (yes 100% real cocoa), natural flavors, soy lecithin, stevia leaf. Pretty simple and all natural. It also contains your normal array of Amino Acids.
Digestibility - This protein has cause me no digestibility issues, I can take it right before a hard workout or drink it immediately after running 20minutes of sprint intervals. No upset stomach or side effects that I have experienced from other products.

Darryl’s Supplement Sensitivity Factors:
Migraine - None. This would be due to the fact that there are no artificial sweeteners in their ingredients. I’m particularly sensitive to aspartame.
Nausea - None. As I mentioned, I can drink this before my workout and immediately after with out worrying about any ill effects.
Bloating - None. Might be due to the fact that this is an isolate instead of a concentrate.
