Get Your 6 Pack Abs

I woke up yesterday, went through my normal routine of showering and finding some clothes to wear for work. As I was rummaging through my closet, I came across a green collared shirt that seemed familiar, but only as a distant memory. I stood there searching my memory banks for a few seconds until I remembered where this shirt was from and why it’s been so long since I had seen it. Six Christmas’ ago I received this nice shirt as a present from a family member, a few days later I went to wear it and it didn’t fit. Where didn’t it fit? Around my fat stomach!!! I wasn’t happy with this, but I wasn’t depressed or upset enough to get myself into the gym.

Six years later, I take the same shirt off the hanger that it’s called home and put it on. My God, it fits!!! No longer is it tight around my stomach, no longer is it depressing to own this shirt. I did find one thing though, the shirt is now comfortably tight around my shoulders and chest. “Yes!!!”, I said to myself, my time in the gym is well spent. I’m now in better shape than I have been in over 6 years. I’m overjoyed needless to say and will continue through my workouts.

I can’t wait to update you on more clothes that I can fit into now, or are now to big to wear and will be sent to Goodwill.
