Why Keeping a Fitness Journal is Important

Have you ever had one of those days where you’re mind is playing tricks on you?  I know I sure am today. It almost had me convinced that I’m making very little progress with my weight loss and fitness program. This is why I’m glad I have a journal documenting my ups and downs and photo’s to go back and see the progress.  What a difference from November 28th, 2007 to April 11, 2008.  Without these photo’s I may not have won the mind game today.
