Day 8 - Week 1 in Review

Today is the start of Week 2 for me in the Turbulence Training Transformation contest and things are going well.  I had a lot of work to do today so I did the Total Body Ten Bodyweight Circuit instead of going to the gym, I then rollerbladed 3km to get my car.

Week 1 was a successful week for me. I accomplished a lot of firsts: Barbell Bench Press without pain in my shoulder, 315lbs Squat, 85lbs Dumbbell Rows, 135lbs Barbell Split Squats, 65lbs Dumbbell Incline Press and more.

With the start of a new week, today was weigh in day.  Being on a Mass Building program, I was hoping to see my weight go up, and my body fat go down, then I know I’m building lean mass and not fat mass.

Here’s the weigh in:
Weight: 160lbs, Waist: 32″, Body Fat: 13.3% (online calculator) which I have been told is fairly accurate. I used it after my gym analysis on May 3rd and it gave me a difference of 0.3% so I’ll use this until the end of the contest when I’ll have the gym do another analysis.
