		<description>Sup Darryl!!! Nice post and wish you well on the 12 week contest. I'm hoping you're right there in front of the pack at the end of your 12 week journey. I had to chime in here because those are amazing yet reachable and definable goals that I KNOW you can do in 12 weeks. You have definitely come so far to this point. 

Also congratulations on that Barbell squat yesterday. You definitely hammered that one out! I wish I can get back to those workouts again soon...
