I’ll be honest, about 8 months ago I rarely did any bodyweight exercises. Now I find that when I do a bodyweight routine it pushes me to my limits as I don’t have the downtime of having to change weights or walk to a different part of the gym to do the next exercise. I can superset with them or circuit through them. An example on Saturday I went through a 150 Rep Countdown consisting of the following (do with out stopping as quickly as you can while still maintaining proper form).
1. 50 pushups + 50 Squats + 50 Sledgehammer Swings + 50 Jumping Jacks
2. 40 pushups + 40 Squats + 40 Sledgehammer Swings + 40 Jumping Jacks
3. 30 pushups + 30 Squats + 30 Sledgehammer Swings + 30 Jumping Jacks
4. 20 pushups + 20 Squats + 20 Sledgehammer Swings + 20 Jumping Jacks
5. 10 pushups + 10 Squats + 10 Sledgehammer Swings + 10 Jumping Jacks
Time to complete 27minutes (Try to improve your time the next session through)
My neighbour walked in my garage and laughed at me while I was working through this saying how easy it looked. I think next time I will challenge him to beat my time.
Looking to enhance your bodyweight workouts, and this great piece of exercise equipment to your gym (as seen in the video)

Cool circuit. I think I will do that for my workout tomorrow.
I am not familiar with “Sledgehammer Swings” - a quick google implies it is actually swinging a sledgehammer. I don’t think I have access to one or a tire, so I’ll need to find some sub for that. Any ideas?
It was definitely a solid workout that gave a true sense of accomplishment when I finished it.
Off the top of my head, could do medicine ball chops or one-arm dumbbell swings. I’ll post some more subs later tonight.
