Many of my friends know that I have a small obsession for golf that I developed this spring. I can’t seem to spend enough time on the links and my training is definitely helping my game improve.
So today I received an email from Precision Nutrition that I wanted to share with you to help you with your golf game. Here’s the email:
As of this summer, there’s some great news for golfers everywhere!
My good friend, and article co-author, Dr. Greg Wells, just completed some interesting new research looking at specific relationships between golf training and performance.
Interestingly, this research came about because of an argument.
Specifically, Wells, the Director of Sports Science for the RCGA (Royal Canadian Golf Association), was having a hard time convincing old school golf coaches that his “unconventional” - at least for the world of golf - training ideas worked.
So he followed around the Canadian Men’s and Women’s national teams last season, poking and prodding them for the benefit of golfers everywhere.

Importantly, discover how you can use this information to improve your balance, flexibility, posture, stability, strength/power, and cardiovascular fitness.
PS: I highly recommend joining the Precision Nutrition forum for free. So much valuable information there.
