Well over the past week, I’ve taken you through what I eat through a normal day as I’m working on packing on Lean Mass. So here’s what I close my day out with.
7:00pm Snack
Meal Portions: Protein: 4, Carbs: 2, Fats: 2, Calories: 238
28 grams Protein powder (chocolate for my tastes)
2/3 tsp Olive oil
2/3 Banana
12oz Water
Mix ingredients in a blender and drink
My meals
7:00am Breakfast - Do not skip the most important meal of the day
9:00am Snack #1
11:00am Snack #2
2:00pm Mid Meal
5:00pm Dinner Meal
7:00pm Snack #3
