Today’s Interval Training

Today I through together a quick interval training session that you can do anywhere you have 20 minutes free. Why not toss in a 20 minute interval session 3 or 4 times a week and reap the benefit of burning fat long after the 20 minutes are complete.  A great way to get to your goal of a flat 6 pack ab stomach.

Here’s the workout:
Jump Rope: 5 sets x 60secs full speed, rest 60 secs between sets
Jump Rope: 5sets  x 30secs full speed, rest 30 secs between sets
Finish with 100 BW Squats as fast as possible while maintaining good form.

Edit: Total Interval Time: 16 minutes, 35 seconds
