I just finished 8 weeks on Jay Ferruggia’s program. All I can say is WOW, you wanna build mass, and strength, you have to do it. I added 8lbs of muscle in 8 weeks. But I miss my old friend Turbulence Training.
So last night I returned to Turbulence Training with the Hot Zone 2008 Program (Available under the TTMembers Platinum Subscription) After my first super set I was sweating and remembered why I love these workouts. Oh and this is my light week between programs, so I was at the gym doing 70% weights to get acquainted with the program.
I’m looking forward to the next 4 weeks of Turbulence Training again to burn some fat.
