Today is Thanksgiving in the Great White North (Canada).
So I’m taking some time to reflect on what I’m thankful for.
1. Being in the best shape of my life
2. My health
3. A good job
4. A roof over my head
5. Supportive family and friends
I was also glad the gym was open today because I just had to workout.
My Workout after the jump
1a) DB Split Squat: 50×8x2, 40×8x1
1B) Pushup Blast Straps: 0×15x3
2a) DB Chest-Sptd Row: 45×12x3
2b) X-Body Mnt Climber: 0×10/10×3
Intervals (treadmill, tabata style)
Warm-up: 5mins, increase from 2.5mph-5.mph, incline 1.0
Tabata: 15sec @ 10mph, 15sec @ slow pace around treadmill, repeat 10 times (incline 2)
Cool Down: 5mins @ 2.5mph
Total Time in the gym: 46 minutes
