Better erections: Hey, upwards of 30 million American men suffer from some kind of erectile dysfynction.  Yes, many thing can cause it, but one of the leading causes is the artery clogging cheeseburgers. They don’t discriminate, the gunk that gums up blood vessels to your heart (causing heart attacks) and brain also gums up the blood vessels to your manhood. Think of the 401 when it is reduced to one lane, when the blood vessels to your genitals are clogged, you can’t get enough of a blood supply to form an erection. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to understad this: increased fat equals decrease bloodfloow. Decrease bloodfloow equals softer (or no) erections. Softer (or no) erections equals no rocket launch. No that’s a downer.  PS: clogged blood vessels have the same effect on women, leading to decreased lubrication, sensitivity, and sexual pleasure).

Increased Length: When it comes to a man and his privates, think of fat as your car’s sideview mirror: Objects appear smaller than actual size.  The fatter you are guys, the smaller you’re going to look. It because you have fat around the base of your penis hiding your wedding tackle.  Here’s a fun fact for you: Losing just 15 pounds of fat will add up to half an inch to the length of your naughty bit.  No the little man isn’t technically growing, but you’re allowing all you’ve got to show.

I was drenched by the end of this.

Did you know having a 6 pack stomach will help you live longer?  Did you know people with the largest waist sizes have the most risk of life-threatening disease. The National Institutes of Health states that a waistline larger than 40 inches for men signals significant risk of heart disease and diabetes. In 2001, the Canadian Heart Health Surveys looked at 9,913 people ages 18 to 74 and concluded that for maximum health, a guy needs to keep his waist size at no more than 35 inches (a little less for younger guys, a little more for older ones).  Now the scary part… The average American man’s waist size is a gigantic 38.8 inches, AVERAGE waist.

Having abs is not a get out of the hospital free card, but having a flat stomach significantly cuts the risk factors of many diseases and not just heart disease. Cancer amongst obese patients is 33 percent higher than among lean ones. Having excess fat around your gut is extra dangerous. You see, fat tissue in your abdomen spurs your body to produce hormones that prompt your cells to divide. More cell division means more opportunities for cell mutations, which means more cancer risk.

Want to head off diabetes? Get a lean waistline.  Fat, especially belly fat, bears the blame. Most people believe that diabetes comes only from eating to much refined sugar, like the kind found in candy. But years of eating high-carbohydrate foods that are easily converted into sure, foods like white bread, pasta and mashed potatoes are just as much at blame.  Scarfing down that bread and pasta is the same as a bowl of ice cream, once in your body it floods it with sugar calories. The calories you can’t burn are converted into fat cells that pad your gut and leaves you with a disease that if untreated can lead to impotence, blindness, heart attacks, strokes, amputation and death. One of those will ruin your day.

Let me narrow it down: A smaller waist equals fewer health risks which equal a longer life.
